पावर लिफ्टिंग में विश्व चैंपियन गौरव शर्मा ने गणेश उत्सव के अवसर पर लालबाग के राजा के दरबार मे जाकर पूजा अर्चना की । गौरव शर्मा इन दिनों मुम्बई प्रवास पर हैं। पिछले दिनों उन्होंने कई नामचीन हस्तियों से मुलाकात की थी जिनमे अमिताभ बच्चन और मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस आदि शामिल हैं । गौरव शर्मा दिल्ली के चांदनी चौक स्थित हनुमान मंदिर के महंथ हैं और भगवान गणेश में गहरी आस्था रखते हैं । इसीलिये मुम्बई से दिल्ली रवाना होने के पूर्व उन्होंने गणपति बप्पा का आशीर्वाद लिया ।
गौरव शर्मा ने कॉमनवेल्थ, एशिया व वर्ल्ड यूरोपियन समेत अन्य अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिस्पर्धाओं में 12 से अधिक पदक हासिल किए , जिसमें आठ स्वर्ण पदक हैं। गौरव का मुश्किलों से लड़ने का जज्बा उन्हें असाधारण बनाता है। वर्ष 2011 में एक सड़क दुर्घटना में उसी पैर में चोट आई, जिसमें बचपन में गिरने से चोट आई थी। फिर पैर का आपरेशन हुआ। इसके बावजूद गौरव के पॉवरलिफ्टर का स्वर्णिम सफर जारी है। इसके पहले उन्होंने वर्ष 2007 में न्यूजीलैंड में आयोजित कॉमनवेल्थ चैंपियनशिप में चार गोल्ड पदक जीते।

भोजपुरी फिल्मों की खूबसूरत अदाकारा पाखी हेगड़े ने पहली बार अपने मुम्बई स्तिथ घर पर बाप्पा को विराजमान किया.डेढ़ दिन तक पाखी के घर पधारे गजानन की सेवा में पाखी ने कोई कमी नही रखी.बाप्पा के लिए पकवानों की भी काफी अच्छी व्यवस्था की गई.पाखी बाप्पा के आगमन से काफी खुश तो थी ही लेकिन उनके विसर्जन के दौरान भावुक हुई. घर पर एक खास मेहमान बनकर आये बाप्पा से पाखी ने सभी के लिए खुशी और समृद्धि मांगी.बात करे फ़िल्म में कमबैक की तो पाखी जल्द ही एक नए प्रोजेक्ट के साथ दर्शको का मनोरंजन करने आएंगी.
बाप्पा के विसर्जन के दौरान मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए पाखी ने बताया ” मुम्बई में कई सालों से रहने के बावजूद बाप्पा को हम घर नही ला पाए ,लेकिन इस साल बाप्पा स्वय आना चाहते थे इसलिए तो जो सपना इतने सालों में पूरा नही हो पाया वो इस साल हुआ.ऐसा लगता है मानो घर पर कोई छोटा बच्चा है जिससे हम सभी को लगाव हो गया है और अब वह बच्चा बड़ा होकर कही जा रहा है और अगले साल फिर से घर आएगा.”
फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में वापसी को लेकर पाखी हेगड़े ने बताया ” मैं अपने अलग बिज़नेस को लेकर फिल्मी दुनिया से दूर हो गई थी लेकिन अब मेरे दर्शको के मनोरंजन के लिए मैं जल्द वापसी कर रही है,कोई अच्छी स्क्रिप्ट मिलते ही जल्द में फिल्में कर सकती है”.

Bhanu’s Ganesh Bhajan On T-Series Bhakti Sagar Takes Centre Stage
Mumbai: Festival time brings togetherness, celebrations and happiness. This Ganesh Chaturthi too brought in additional gleam on T-Series Bhakti Sagar in its YouTube channel.
What draws attention to this popular music channel striking gold is the release of a popular Ganesh Bhajan titled “Mukh Mera Hathi Ka Hai Kyun Meri Maiyya…” posted last year. It has garnered more than 1,113,858 views which indeed ring a blessing in disguise by Lord Ganesha to its makers too.
Full marks to Bhanu a.k.a Mrs. Parwathy Akhileswaran; the lyricist, music director and singer of this devotional number who has made her wonderful presence felt. The elated writer-singer & composer Bhanu is speechless scoring of having made this devotional music video. Speaking about her experiences, she says, “I am thankful to T-series people for providing me a wonderful platform. I have penned the lyrics and have scored and rendered it with Annuji including featuring in the videos.”
A graduate from University of Mumbai, Bhanu comes from an artistic family. She has authored a cookery book which was published by India Book House. She has also penned many educational work books which have been published by Sheth Publishing House. She has tutored herself in Carnatic and Hindustani classical music too. To begin with she has uploaded a social bhajan on her YouTube channel – Surleela.
Bhanu excitedly adds, “T-Series people have successfully released three bhajans on their YouTube channel T-Series Bhakti Sagar. In that devotional track there is one of more song as a lyricist, singer and music director “Kaun Hai Bhakt Krishna Ka” which stood second on the list and “Mukh Mera Haathi Ka” ranked eighth in the list.”
On asking about her future assignments, she pronounces that there are few announcements which are in its pre-production stages. Apart from bhajans, she is easy penning ghazals, romantic songs, quawali amongst others. She is also scripting stories, screenplays and dialogue. Having a penchant for original content and creative abilities galore, she is a talented writer to be watched for who is surely bound to go places.

Hyderabad (24-07-2018): Indywood Film Carnival, the much anticipated entertainment fiesta of the year, will be held at HITEX convention centre from December 1st to 5th 2018. The Carnival is expected to accelerate the growth of Indian Film Industry through materialising big budget movie projects, co-production ventures and B2B meet generating business worth Rs 500 crore.
The fourth edition of Indywood Film Carnival (IFC 2018), a flagship venture of 10 billion USD Project Indywood, aims to elevate Indian cinema to an international level. IFC 2018 will be one-stop platform for showcasing the latest technology and future possibilities in the entire spectrum of film making, skill development, pre-production, production, technical support, post-production, distribution, marketing and release among others.
Focus on global projects
Sohan Roy, Founder Director of Project Indywood opined that Indian Film Industry should come forward to conceive and implement big budget international projects instead of following clichéd subjects and treatment pattern.
“Our country is blessed with talented actors and technicians. However, our film industry is not concentrating on making movies which appeal to the international audience. Bahubali is an exception. The movie industry will fetch huge gains if we increase the number of international projects by using advanced technology and world-wide distribution. Indywood Film Carnival is an attempt to educate the stakeholders about the importance of such projects. The entire industry, including actors, technicians, producers and distributors apart from State/Union Governments should come forward to support this desi initiative,” he said.
He added that Indywood Billionaires Meet, Indywood Academy Awards, Indywood Telly Awards, Indywood Fashion Premier and All Lights India International Film Festival are the major attractions of IFC 2018.
