From their stance and area of influence, they have shown that when a woman’s voice is heard, when she participates in decision making and when she exercises leadership, she most likely brings something unique, special and of high value and quality to key decisions and its impact on humankind’s biggest projects.
While Dadasaheb Phalke busy putting the blocks of Indian Cinema together, she stood by him like a rock & not just managed her family of nine children, held white bed sheets for hours in the blazing sun as a light reflector, mixed film developing chemicals, perforated the raw film sheets at night in the light of a candle & with sharing all these responsibilities of pre & post production & other technological & technical responsibilities with Dada Saheb, even single handedly cooked food for the entire film unit comprising of 60-70 to even 100 people.
IAWA MRS MR MISS INDIA 2018 – Grand Finale at Port Blair
Daljeet Kaur’s “IAWA MRS MR MISS INDIA”, Grand Finale happened in glorious way at Dr Ambedkar Hall in Port Blair of Andaman and Nicobar island, with limited facilities, as it was the first fashion event in the Island also well known as Kala Pani during 1950. Chief guest at the event was MP Bishnu Pada Ray, guest of honour was Sr Vice Chairman of PBMC (Port Blair Municipal Corporation) Vinitha Malhotra, Judge’s were Miss Roshni Shabyal ,actress Laxmi Rao, Kiran Boro Mrs Universe 2017, Event was presented by ‘7 Hills Manikchand and Amar Cine Production’, hospitality partner Lush Green Retreat Port Blair, formal wear partner Pallabi Baishiya, photography partner Kamal Dey, cosmetic partner Jovees, jewellery partner were Presha Jewellers, media partners Navbharat and Navrashtra, web partner Wonder web world.
Top 5 finalist in each category of Mrs Mr Miss were taken to Andaman to explore the beauty of the island, exploding various activities in water sports, self defence and peace walk on the streets of Port Blair. they also visited Seva Sadan orphanage home.
In the event, Beautiful small girls walked on the ramp with last years winners for the cause of save girl child and domestic violence. Singers and dancers of Nicobar set the stage on fire.
From Miss category IAWA MISS INDIA is Niharika Narula from Chandigarh, 1st runner Mehak Rawat from Raipur and second runner Sania Basumatari from Guwahati.
In Mrs category Henthoibi from Imphal.1st runner from Raipur Neelam Sharma, 2nd runner Premi from Kolkota.
Mr category Manjinder Singh from Hoshiyarpur. 1st runner from Udalgiri Mr Noyanmani Deka, 2nd runner Prathmesh Patil from Mumbai.

दलजीत कौर की अभूतपूर्व “आइवा मिसेज़ मिस्टर मिस इंडिया” का ग्रैंड फिनाले, अभूतपूर्व ढंग से अंडमान निकोबार द्वीप के पोर्ट ब्लेयर शहर के डॉ अम्बेडकर हाल में सम्पन्न हुआ, जबकि वहाँ साधनों का अभाव था। ज्ञात हो यह जगह किसी ज़माने में काला पानी के नाम से जाना जाता था, और यहाँ पर यह पहला फैशन शो हुआ है। इवेंट के प्रमुख अतिथि सांसद बिष्णु पाड़ा रे, गेस्ट ऑफ ऑनर पी बी एम सी (पोर्ट ब्लेयर म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन) के सीनियर वाईस चेयरमैन विनीता मल्होत्रा थे, जज के रूप में मिसेज़ यूनिवर्स २०१७ की किरण बोरो, एक्ट्रेस लक्ष्मी राव और रोशनी शब्याल। इवेंट के प्रस्तुतकर्ता ‘७ हिल्स मानिकचंद और अमर सिने प्रोडक्शन’, हॉस्पिटैलिटी पार्टनर लश ग्रीन रिट्रीट पोर्ट ब्लेयर, फॉर्मल वियर पार्टनर पल्लबी बैशिया, फोटोग्राफी पार्टनर कमल डे, कॉस्मेटिक पार्टनर जोवीस, ज्वेलरी पार्टनर प्रेशा ज्वेलर्स और मीडिया पार्टनर नवभारत एवं नवराष्ट्र हैं, वेब पार्टनर वंडर वेब वर्ल्ड।
टॉप ५ विजेता जो हर कैटेगिरी से चुने गए थे, उन्हें अंडमान निकोबार के खूबसरत द्वीप में लाया गया, जहाँ उन्होंने वाटर स्पोर्ट्स, सेल्फ डिफेंस एवं शांति यात्रा में भाग लिया। अनाथ आश्रम सेवा सदन में भी उन्होंने जा कर सभी को प्यार सम्मान दिया।
इवेंट में नन्ही खूबसूरत बच्चियां, पिछले साल के विजेताओं के संग रैंप वॉक कर ‘बेटी बचाओ’ को प्रोत्साहन दिया एवं पारिवारिक हिंसा का प्रतिरोध किया। अंडमान निकोबार के गायकों और नर्तकों ने मंच पर मानो तो आग सी लगा दी।
मिस कैटेगरी से “आइवा मिस इंडिया” की विजेता रही चंडीगढ़ की निहारिका नरुला, प्रथम रनर रायपुर की महक रावत रही व द्वितीय रनर रही गुवाहाटी की सानिया बसुमतरी।
इम्फाल की हेन्थोईबा “मिसेज़” कैटेगरी की विजेता बनी, प्रथम रनर रायपुर की नीलम शर्मा रही व द्वितीय रनर कोलकाता की प्रेमी रहीं।
होशियारपुर के मनजिंदर सिंह “मिस्टर” कैटेगरी के विजेता बने, प्रथम रनर उडालगिरी के नॉयनमणि डेका रहे व द्वितीय रनर रहे मुंबई के प्रथमेश पाटिल।
IAWA MRS MR MISS INDIA 2018 – Grand Crown Launch
Daljeet Kaur’s IAWA, is powered by ‘7 Hills Manikchand, Hospitality partner ‘Lush Green Reatreat Port Blair Andaman Nicobar Island, and supported by Sahil Trading Port Blair. IAWA is creating waves in India with her various social movements about Women Improvement. Recently IAWA organised a Grand Crown launching ceremony at ‘The Blacklisted’ where last year winner’s of IAWA, Dolly Sohi, Silviya Adrapho, Palak Ravesia along with upcoming talents Dilprit Kaur, Saniya Sharma & Tripti Rajput demonstrated the shining Crowns, they were well supported by Male winners. A special song on Women Empowerment ‘AURAT’ was presented, made by IAWA and lyrics by Vishu. It was applauded by everyone present there.
Beside Media, many guests were also present like Hasu Kapasi of Manikchand, Navin Barot (Superintendent of Remand Home, Gujrat), Amarjeet of Amar Cine Production, lyricist Anwar Sagar and Prem Gada of Presha Creation. Few other guests like actress Priti Sapru and Yogesh Lakhani of Bright couldn’t make it due to Janmashtami festival.
More than 2000 participants have participated, 60 contestants where selected in three different category ‘Mr Miss’, ‘Mr Mrs’ and ‘Mr Mrs Exclusive’. Grand Finale will take place in Port Blair between 10th to 15th September 2018. Auditions was held in 35 cities of India, through which various talents will be selected. Winner of the Peagent will be committed to be active in social works like stopping domestic violence, save girl child and women empowerment. IAWA is searching role models for this purpose.

दलजीत कौर “आइवा” के सहयोगी ‘7 हिल्स मानिकचंद’, साथ ही ‘लश ग्रीन रिट्रीट पोर्ट ब्लेयर अंडमान निकोबार द्वीपसमूह’ व ‘साहिल ट्रेडिंग पोर्ट ब्लेयर के जरिये सम्पूर्ण भारत में नारी सशक्तिकरण के लिए सफलतापूर्वक विभिन्न आयोजन करती रही हैं। हाल ही में जन्माष्टमी के शुभ अवसर पर इसका शानदार क्राउन समारोह ‘दी ब्लैकलिस्टेड’ में सम्पन्न हुआ। इसमें पिछले वर्ष की विजेता डॉली सोही, सिल्विया अडरफो, पलक रेवेसिया व नवोदित प्रतिभाएं दिलप्रीत कौर, सानिया शर्मा एवं तृप्ति राजपूत ने खूबसरत क्राउन का प्रदर्शन किया, इनका साथ दिया पुरुष विजेताओं ने। एक विशेष गीत महिला सशक्तिकरण पर ‘औरत’ जिसे विशु ने लिखा, आइवा द्वारा प्रस्तुत हुआ।
मेहमानों में मानिकचंद के हस्सू कपासी, रिमांड होम गुजरात के सुपरिटेंडेंट नवीन बारोट, अमर सिने प्रोडक्शन के अमरजीत, गीतकार अनवर सागर, एवं प्रेशा क्रिएशन के प्रेम गड़ा उपस्तिथ थे। जन्माष्टमी के कारण एक्ट्रेस प्रीति सप्रू और योगेश लखानी नही आ सके।
इस बार “मिस्टर, मिस और मिसेज़ २०१८”, में “आइवा” ने लगभग २००० से अधिक प्रतियोगियों ने भाग लिया, इनमें से ६० लोग चुने गए जो तीन विभिन्न कैटेगरी ‘मिस्टर मिस’, ‘मिस्टर मिसेज़’ और ‘मिस्टर मिसेज़ एक्सक्लूसिव’ में सम्पन्न हुआ। इस का ग्रैंड फिनाले दस से पंद्रह सितंबर के दौरान पोर्ट ब्लेयर में समापन होगा। पूरे हिंदुस्तान में जम्मु से मणिपुर, बंगलुरू एवं पैंतीस (३५), विभिन्न शहरों में इसका ऑडीशन किया चुका है। इसके जरिये विभिन्न प्रतिभाएं सामने आएंगी, यह पीजेंट खास डोमेस्टिक वायलेंस रोकने के लिये और बेटी बचाओ के समर्थन के मकसद से हो रहा है। विजेता प्रतिभागी इन उद्देश्यों के लिए कार्य करेंगे।
