New Delhi: 24.02.2022 Russian President Putin has launched a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine that has already caused billions of dollars in damage and claimed thousands of innocent lives every day.

This war brought humanity back to the Middle Ages and crossed out the memory of millions of victims of the Second World War. For 8 years, the whole world has been trying to understand the reasons for this perfidious and senseless act and find ways to stop armed violence. On December 15, 2021, the Russian government published an ultimatum to the international community with demands that contradict the fundamental foundations of the peaceful coexistence of states and peoples. Namely, they deprive them of the right of sovereignty and territorial integrity. The ultimatum was not accepted and on February 24, on the orders of Putin, the 120,000-strong army of the Russian Federation began a mediocre and inhuman aggressive war in Ukraine. The humanitarian catastrophe with millions of refugees and the ongoing inhuman bombardments and rocket attacks on peaceful cities, Putin’s statements about his readiness to use nuclear weapons, if someone comes to Ukraine’s aid, becomes a matter not only for Ukraine but for everyone living on the planet.

In fact, his demands, statements and threats, and orders encroach on the existence of life itself on the planet. The official recognition by the world community of the incapacity of V.V. Putin automatically disavows all his past, present, and future instructions and orders, and releases from responsibility those who refuse to serve the system he has built. And the war will stop immediately.Back in 2014, German Chancellor Ms. Merkel said that Putin had lost touch with reality. The fact that this is not recognized is still worth thousands of innocent lives, and now we are talking about a planetary threat.”

Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri) has started a global online petition to UN.

“I demand that Russian President Putin be recognized as mentally ill and incompetent. Russian President Putin has lost touch with reality, openly threatening the world to use nuclear weapons and demonstrating his readiness to carry out this threat. Putin encroaches on my fundamental right – the right to life. Based on the documented threats of the patient Putin and the inhuman war unleashed on his orders in Ukraine, I demand from the UN an official statement of the fact of the insanity of citizen Putin. I demand not to carry out the orders of Putin as incompetent. For those who will transfer Putin to doctors, I demand a guarantee of freedom, as the saviors of the world. I demand an amnesty for all those who, by deceit or coercion, served the inhuman system created by the mentally ill Putin. I demand an immediate stop to all military operations of the Russian army in Ukraine and in the world. I demand an immediate withdrawal of troops from all occupied territories in Ukraine. I demand democratic elections in the Russian Federation under international control, the complete demilitarization of the Russian Federation, and the Marshall Plan for the integration of the Russian Federation into the post-war global economy,” explained Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri).

It is important to note that the implementation of this scenario involves preventing the inevitable and uncontrollable chaos in the Russian Federation due to unprecedented international sanctions. This issue is no less important.

Ascertaining the fact of Putin’s incapacity takes place by a direct open vote in the UN in the form of a resolution. A representative of Ukraine can initiate a vote. To implement the described scenario, a petition has been created, addressed to the UN Human Rights Committee in connection with the threat of murder – V.V. Putin’s encroachment on life.

बिहार में भाजपा सरकार बनने व मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के बनने का भी दावा किया था। जो राजनीतिक गलियारों में बहुत चर्चा का विषय रहा क्योंकि ये घोषणा धरातल के बिल्कुल विपरीत थी, लेकिन अंततः यह भी सत्य हुई। अमेरिका चुनाव के बारे में 6 महीने पहले ही सार्वजनिक रूप से बताया था कि इस बार डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की राह नहीं होगी आसान। इसके अलावा मौसम बरसात सम्बंधित कई गणनाएं सत्य साबित हुई है। सरकार का फेर बदल, ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया का कांग्रेस छोड़ना, कीमती धातु सोना चांदी के उतार चढ़ाव की गणना व राम मंदिर पर बड़ा फैसला इत्यादि शामिल है।
